YEAR 8 REMINDER – HPV SCHOOL CATCH-UP SESSION
Ahead of the HPV catch-up session in school on 24/05/24, could any Year 8 parents/guardians who have not yet submitted their e-consent form for their child to receive the single dose HPV vaccine in school this year please do so as soon possible by clicking on the link below.
The last date for submission is 17/05/24. If you submit a consent form after this date your child may not be able to receive the vaccine in school and will be invited to make an appointment at one of our community catch-up clinics.
