Life Skills (Years 9, 10 & 11)

Life Skills is a suite of compulsory qualifications introduced to ensure that all pupils develop the skills needed to study for their future endeavours and gain external accreditations. Our commitment to delivering a holistic, cross-curricular approach to learning enables pupils to become resilient, independent learners who will have the experiences, knowledge and skills needed in the world of work, for lifelong learning and to become active citizens. We aim to incorporate tasks to enable pupils to apply their skills and become confident and able members of the Willows High School community and beyond. The Life Skills suite comprises of three qualifications that, if complete, will deliver an equivalent of fours GCSEs.
